Holy-Swaggy-Grail Fashion and Makeup: [Makeup Tutorial] Elegant Gold Princess Look

1st off all lets spread our love for our MOM..

Although its quiet late to say this, but it's better than nothing.

"Happy Mother's Day" ^^

If we talk about "MOM", the super powerful woman in the world. let's think, what's come on your mind 1st?

Mine are : Beauty, Elegant, Wonderwoman, My Queen and Full of love.

You know, it's hard to stay far away from our mom. Lucky you if you still can stay with your mom :)

Well, back to topic! haha

I'm back with Makeup Tutorial. This look, i try to play with gold eyeshadow and gradation lips, gradation lips and also create an illusion of dewy skin >< Gold is something "like" precious, so i linked it with the nobles people. - let's say : "the princess".

Gold - is identical with something glamorous. Not, if we can minimize the intensity of its colour.

I created the simple gradation eyeshadow look *not too smokey* to give balance of all makeup combination.

Okay this is the step how to creat that look..

STEPS :

1. Dont forget to clean your face 1st before apply any makeup to make sure your face is clean :)

2. Base Makeup :

- Moisturizer (to moisturising your face) - [CNI RJ Moisturizer]

- Makeup Base / Primer/ CC cream (to make your makeup stay longer) - [Etude House Silky CC Cream]

- BB Cream / Foundation (choose the right shade.. use the same tone as your skin tone or 1 lighter from your skintone) - [Etude House Bright Fit BB cream]

- Concealer (sometime bb cream / foundi cannot perfectly cover up your dark circle, pimple, or unwanted mark.. so u need to use concealer to cover all of those unwanted mark only on that area. example : Under eye, side of nose, side of mouth, under the mouth and on the unwanted mark.) - [Makeup Forever Full Cover Concealer]

- Loose Powder (to set up the foundi and concealer, also make your face look natural) - [CNI Ires Loose Powder]

3. Brows :

- Brow Pencil (use light/natural brown brow pencil to line the shape of your brows and the fill it in) - [Etude House Brow Kit]

- Brows Mascara (to set the brows nicely and natural, choose the same/similar colour like the brow pencil) - [Etude House Color my brow mascara]

4. Eye Makeup :

- Eye Primer (1st step before apply eyeshadow, this will make your eyeshadow colour looks pop and stay longer) - [Urban Decay Primer Potion Original]

- Naked colour eyeshadow (as the base colour to neutralize your eyelid colour). - [Urban Decay Naked 1 Palette - Naked]

- Dark brown eyeshadow (put this at your outer b of your lid, line your eye liner using this eyeshadow, also create a nice wing at the end, and then blend it into the center of ur eyelid *on your crease*. Blend it very smoothly and create a nice gradation. also apply under the eye only in outer side of the eyes.This one to create depth on your eyes) - [Urban Decay Naked 1 Palette - Dark Horse]

- Shimmery brown Eyeshadow (put it near the 1st colour, and blend it in. as goes with the under eyes.) - [Urban Decay Naked 1 Palette - Smog]

- Gold colour Eyeshadow (put it at the center of your lid, dap it with your finger and blend with the previous colour). - [Urban Decay Naked 1 Palette - Half Baked]

- Light shimmery colour eyeshadow (apply at the inner corner of the eye and blend it with the purple colour. as goes with the under eyes. dont forget to apply at the brow bones for highlight) - [Urban Decay Naked 1 Palette - Virgin]

- Glitter (Use your fav makeup glitter or teardrop liner to create a sparkle and shiny effect of your eyes. apply under the eye and dap it with your finger. also put a lil on the eye corner and your lid *just a lil) - [Etude House TearDrop Liner - Pearl]

- Blending Brush (you need it to blend all the colours for the smooth gradation finish.) - [Sigma Blending Brush]

- Eyeliner (create a thick eyeliner and create a nice wings downwards the corner at the end *dont create the cat eye for this look, try to create the line goes down at the corner to create the big eyes effect). - [Missha Black gel eyeliner]

- Waterline (white pencil eyeliner on the waterline to create that big eye effect). - [Etude House Styling Liner White]

- Lash Curler (curl your lashes) - [Unbrand Lash Curler]

- Mascara (apply your fav waterproof mascara on your upper lashes also down lashes.) - [CNI Ires Mascara]

- Falselashes (this is optional to make your eyes look more strong, and also you need the individual falselashes for the under eyeslashes) - [Glamour Falselashes no.1 (upper lashes), Taiwan Falselashes UD098 (under lashes)]

The eye makeup details :

5. Face and Cheeks :

- Bronzer (this is very helpful to create the illusion. to make the slim effect of your face. do contour at your face line, cheeks and also the nose. Contour Zone - Face E zone and the side of your nose) - [Benefit Hoola Bronzer and EMcosmetics Chiaroscuro stick]

- Highlight (i always put the highlighter on my cheekbones and top of the nose to create the bright and glowy effect. Highlight Zone - T zone and C zone) - [Etude House Aloha V line Highligt and EMcosmetics Chiaroscuro Stick]

- Blush (choose the soft pink colour and put with circle motion at your cheeks.) - [Coastal Scents 10 Blush Palette - soft pink]

6. Lips :

- Lipbalm (its good to moisturize your lips before apply the lipstick. coz u dont want your lips dried quickly.) - [EMcosmetics pillow plush lipbalm - lollipop]

- Gradient Lips (apply your lip concealer 1st, go through with the pink lipstick on your inner side and blend it , finish it by apply your pink liptint on your inner side of the lips.) - [EMcosmetics the great cover up concealer, Etude House Color Pop stick Pink, Peripera Peri's tint water Purple Red]

- Lipgloss (*this is optional* to make a shiny effect of the lips) - [Etude House Clear Lipgloss]

7. Finishing :

- Choose your best clothes/ dress and accessories to complete this look.

- Style your hair (curly/wavy/straight, its all about your choice)
